If you would like to organise a multi-day cultural trip with your club or group in the Euregion (Aachen – Maastricht – Liège), a hiking or cycling tour in the High Fens or visit the Christmas markets in Aachen & Monschau, you have come to the right place.

In close cooperation with the Nature Park Botrange and Haus Ternell, you can count on enthusiastic guides during your hiking trip.
Due to the new architectural layout of the former monastery, the number of rooms, also called monastery cells, was reduced from 59 to 38 modernly furnished rooms. True to their motto, they are “small but fine”, with an eye for detail. All rooms have free WLAN, digital flat-screen TV and radio, telephone, safe, hairdryer, shower or bath.
23 rooms have twin beds (which can be pushed apart).
For groups, the monastery offers half board (breakfast & dinner) or full board (breakfast, packed lunch & dinner).
The Kloster Heidberg has free private parking for 80 vehicles (a bus can also park here) and is a 3-minute walk from the train station in Eupen (direct train from Ostend, via Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Leuven, Liège to Eupen).

Guided walks during 3 days
The walks are accompanied by 1 guide per 20 people
In all likelihood, the hikes will be split up, so you can choose per day whether you want to do a shorter or longer walk.
The hikes last +/4 to 6 hours per day
First evening: welcome with explanation of the trip, while enjoying a welcome drink
Each morning breakfast at hotel Kloster Heidberg
Every hiking day a packed lunch (1x filled baguette, 1x sweet snack, 1x piece of fruit and 1x bottle of water)
The first and last evening: a 3-course buffet menu at the Kloster Heidberg (including water)
The other 2 evenings: we arrange a cosy dinner at 5-minute walking distance, in one of the restaurants in Eupen
On the last hiking day you will also visit brewery Peak
Price: for a booking of two people in a double or twin room; the price is €434. If you come on your own, you pay €574,-.
